Bridport Chamber Orchestra are proud to present to you acclaimed soloists at each concert. This June, our concert features Guillermo Ramasasa playing the Mozart Clarinet Concerto.

Guillermo Ramasasa

Guillermo studied under Jeremy Reynolds at Lamont School of Music in Denver, Colorado, before joining the Boulder Chamber Orchestra.  He then moved to Milan, to further his study under Fabrizio Meloni, principal clarinetist of the La Scala Opera Orchestra and Maurizio Longoni, clarinet professor at the Civica Scuola di Musica Claudio Abbado.  Guillermo then came to London to do an MA at the Royal Academy of Music under Christopher Richards, Angela Malsbury, Chi Yu Mo, and Benjamin Mellefont.  Guillermo has subsequently played, amongst others, with London Sinfonietta, the London Symphony Orchestra and the Southbank Sinfonia.  His extensive repertoire can be found at his own website here
